To keep HK Live safe, you can report users or content directly inside the app through the “Report” button on any profile, story, or message. For urgent safety concerns, please email support immediately.

To manage or cancel subscriptions, visit your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. HK Live cannot cancel subscriptions for you.
Ensure you have a stable network connection and your login provider (Google or email) is active.
Go to: Profile → Settings → Verify Account.

Open your Apple or Google subscription settings. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where you purchased them.
